Our Approach
We work with intact teams, meaning the actual group of people who need to function together, not randomly assembled cohorts. The program combines facilitated team sessions with individual coaching for each member.
The team sessions focus on real business issues the team is facing. We use those issues as the laboratory for building new team behaviors: how the group disagrees, how it makes decisions, how members hold each other accountable.
The individual coaching sessions give each team member a private space to work on their own leadership behaviors and to process the team dynamics they are experiencing.

Program Structure
A typical team development engagement runs three to six months. It includes an initial assessment phase, monthly full-team sessions (half-day), bi-weekly individual coaching sessions, and a formal review at the midpoint and conclusion.
We customize every program based on what the team assessment reveals. Some teams need to rebuild trust from scratch. Others are high-functioning and looking to operate at a higher level. The approach is different for each.
