Before We Talk

Consultants diagnose problems and recommend solutions. Coaches work with you to develop the skills, awareness, and habits that allow you to solve problems yourself, long after the engagement ends. We are not here to tell you what to do. We are here to help you think more clearly about what you already know.
Most individual coaching engagements run six to twelve months. Team programs are typically three to six months. But we do not lock you into rigid timelines. We set milestones together and adjust as progress dictates.
Completely. The content of our coaching conversations stays between coach and client. When an organization sponsors the engagement, we provide progress updates on agreed-upon objectives, but specific session content is never shared without your explicit permission.
A 30-minute phone or video call where we learn about your situation, what you are trying to accomplish, and whether coaching is the right fit. There is no obligation and no pressure. If coaching is not the right approach, we will tell you.
