Who This Is For

Executive coaching is for leaders who have earned their seat and want to perform at a higher level. That might mean a CEO preparing for a board presentation, a VP managing through a reorganization, or a director who just inherited a team twice the size of their previous one.

The common thread: these are people with real responsibilities, real pressure, and a genuine interest in becoming more effective.

How It Works

Every engagement begins with a thorough assessment. We interview key stakeholders, review any existing performance data, and work with you to identify the two or three leadership behaviors that will have the biggest impact on your results.

From there, we meet bi-weekly for 60 to 90 minutes. Sessions are structured around real situations you are facing. We prepare, we practice, and between sessions you apply what we discussed. At the next session, we debrief what happened and refine the approach.

What to Expect

Most engagements run six to twelve months. You should expect to be challenged. We will ask questions that make you think differently about situations you thought you had figured out. We will also hold you accountable to the commitments you make in sessions.

At the midpoint, we check in with stakeholders to see if they notice a change. At the end of the engagement, we do a full review. If the investment has not produced visible results, we want to know as much as you do.
